Research interests
Our goal is to:
- Contribute to the life science informatics community by developing novel algorithms and make them available in the public domain.
- Integrate our software with existing packages in order to provide end-to-end solution that can be applied directly by bench scientists.
- Support KNIME (The Konstanz Information Miner) with high-quality chemoinformatics and bioinformatics capabilities.
- Guarantee highest level of application-oriented training for our students, by working in close collaboration with research laboratories in industry and academia.
